Cancellation Policy
I reserve this time especially for you and your hair care. Please remember to call or text me as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and I will be happy to help you get rebooked.
If you were required to put down a deposit on your service and you cancel with less than 24 hours notice your deposit will not be credited to your next service. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice only half of your deposit will be credited towards your next service.
Deposits are required of all clients booking a single service in excess of $300. First time clients will be required to make a deposit in order to schedule an individual service in excess of $150. If a deposit is required for your booking you will be notified at the time of scheduling. All no snow appointments will forfeit 100% of their deposit and will be required to put a new one down to reschedule your service. Deposits are non-refundable and will be credited towards your service unless the cancellation policy above applies to your appointment. Appointments with deposits may only be rebooked a maximum of 2 times with advance notice to receive the credit towards their services.
